The host Alex is very friendly and very accommodating The location is perfect, and the apartment is neat/clean and has everything you need Also, I think.hard to beat regarding value for money I will most likely try and stay here again

I am mentioning the negatives in order for other people who might have issues to be aware, i will definitely be a return customer, and I was overall very happy: 4 flights of stairs. The tiny lift is dodge, and we really just used it for luggage The hot water boiler has issues (long standing, if I look at older reviews) Many tricks and tips for having a hot shower have been given: the one I found worked most of the time was to start with the kitchen tap and slowly close it after opening the shower.

Very spacious apartments, kitchen is well-equipped with tableware. Incredibly nice, approachable and caring host. Grocery shop across the street. Clean overall. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds.

There were issues with hot water, the boiler worked very instable. For 3 of us very often there was not enough hot water in the shower, so it was very uncomfortable. We struggled with door key, sometimes was not easy to open the door. The location is okaish however there were not many attractions nearby, we used taxi to get to most popular attractions. The elevator is very small however 1 person with bag can fit it.

Towels were very thin, no dryer (although I think that is standard in Lisbon) but hard to dry clothes

The place is so clean, complete, and close to everything and Alex is the most friendly person and helpful during our days in there, he always there to answer your message via WhatsApp if you asking regarding the place we stayed. We definitely will come back again to stay in your place. Thank you, Alex, for your kindness.

Nothing

It was clean and spacious. Water was hot, you just need to leave it 5 minutes before you enter and not turn it off if there is somebody showering next.

We had to pay attention with how many air conditioners are we using at the same time as the electrical system is pretty old but we managed it somehow but we were pretty scared regarding this (anyway the room temperature was good). Shower head was broken, need to be changed. No sockets near the bed. No self check in (anyway Alex waited us till midnight) but is was a stressful situation as we were lucky that we didn’t had any delay.

The flat was spacious . It felt like a home away from home . Supermarkt across the street . Public transport very near. Many restaurants near the property. Made contact with Alex before we arrived . He is very helpful. Whenever I had a question or small issue he responded immediately. Definitely will rent the flat again if we visit Lisbon.

A bit of an issue with warm water. Water gets warm through a gas system . It had a small issue but once you got the hang of it on how to adjust the water by stopping the warm water and starting again you could have a nice warm shower . Heating is through aircondition but weather in November was quite pleasant so we did not need any heating.

Location, location, location.

Only one key was made available to us even though there were four of us; therefore, it was complicated to follow separate visiting programs. Also, we would have liked to have more comfortable pillows and bed sheets.
