- Schlüsselabholung im Hauptbüro sehr umständlich - auch auf Nachfrage keine extra Decken. Wir haben die erste Nacht extrem gefroren und wurden nur darauf hingewiesen, dass es ja 2 Elektroheizungen gibt (wollten wir eigentlich nicht nutzen) - Waschmaschine sehr alt - kein Spüllappen, Spülmittel, Handseife, extra Handtuch für die Hände - Mitarbeitende nicht sehr hilfsbereit (bis auf MA am Tag der Schlüsselabhung) - ich hatte ein Problem mit meinem Ausweis, das nicht gelöst werden konnte ohne den Flug zu verpassen

The apartment is nice and very clean, located in an old and very charming building on the third floor with no elevator. That wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s something to keep in mind.

We picked up the keys at a hotel located about 1.5–2 km from the apartment, for which we had to pay extra for a taxi. There were three of us, but we received only one set of keys. The kitchen did not contain the basic essentials for use. It’s impossible to make even tea or coffee in the apartment—there isn’t a trace of sugar or salt. We had to boil an egg in a 5-liter pot because there was no smaller one. When we contacted the apartment owner and asked for a smaller pot and an extra set of keys, he was very uninterested in helping us, which is very unprofessional.

Nice apartment, super clean, very comfortable, spacious, fit 4 people pretty well! Location is good, not too close from the touristic attractions but great neighbourhood , easy access to buses and nice restaurantes and has a supermarket just around the corner.

The check in process is a negative point here. You have to go to their office (25min walk) to pick up the keys. If you are arriving with multiple people and bags it can be a nightmare. Second negative point, the stairs, the apartment is on the third level and there is no lift, so be ready to carry your bags all the way up.

La propreté et la pression de l’eau de la douche, la proximité du Continente. Décoration intéressante moderne et antique.

- lave-linge difficile à opérer et peu de soutien de l’établissement. Avoir le guide d’utilisation aurait aidé et nous n’aurions pas perdu de temps. -un seul linge blanc pour essuyer la vaisselle - pas de condiments de base (sel et poivre) -peu de liquide à vaisselle: nous vous en avons fait cadeau.
