WHome Charming and historical apartment in Santa Justa

The location was wonderful. Spacious.

The AC did not work in the living room which meant we could only stay in one of the bedrooms because it was so very hot.

The apartment is nicely configured and appointed for a family visit and the location is excellent for walking around the main tourist areas of Lisbon

The a/c in the lounge/dining area was not functioning which made the space unusable (about 50% of the floor area) given the 40c temperatures outside during our visit. We selected the apartment because it had a/c but it was only available in the main bedroom. Also, the access needs consideration for some visitors as there are 100 steps from ground level to the apartment on the top floor and no lift. I contacted the host and they responded but an engineer did not attend before we departed. Top floor location needs more a/c for summer months to improve comfort and justify the premium price.

Great location, and the apartment was cute and unique.

The listing was misleading on the number of bathrooms. It read "2 bathrooms with a shower." We expected 2 bathrooms, each with a shower. However, the unit had 2 bathrooms and only 1 shower. For a family of 5 people staying, this was not ideal. Also, upon our arrival, only 1 of the 2 air conditioning units worked (Lisbon was having a heat wave). We immediately let the staff know. They were incredibly non-responsive, with a few back and forth replies, but no action. They finally sent someone out to repair after 4 nights, in which we were only staying a total of 5 nights. Then, the air conditioning broke again after 1 hour. It was an incredibly frustrating experience, and we would not recommend this place because of it.

Misleading advertising 1 bathroom nice other just a sink and toilet reached through a bedroom and up some.stairs and stoop over it 5th floor walkup I requested but never got internet code I was asked to let a worker in our last morning to access roof 4 workers came made a mess ruined our last morning with noise etc moved furniture mixed concrete in Kitchen sink, atood on dining room chairs Not what we were told Because of this will not recommend to anyone

Great location, great facilities, and nice decor

Best thing was location

Heater was not working and it was cold. Bathroom door was locked and we had to wait 1.5 hours for repair person before we could leave apt. Not enough or good towels and bathroom mat very small. Cold floor.
