Fantastic location, very clean, lovely apartment

Not really a problem for us but others should be aware that there are a lot of stairs!

Very central, comfortable, quiet and clean.

- The proximity to attractions - The TV in the living room - The washing machine - The bedding

- The staff: the persistent messages before you arrive is fake hospitality. Upon our arrival the host did not come down the 5 flights of stairs to greet us and instead waited for our group to make it up with our luggage. It became clear very quickly that he was not there to welcome us but instead to watch over us until the hidden $500 euro security deposit was paid. The interactions that followed were disturbing and set a very sour tone to the rest of our trip. This requirement should have been clearly listed on the properties page or included with the mention of the tourist tax in any of the 3 lengthy messages sent to us after booking. - The bathroom: there is only 1 bathroom with a shower and then the room with the twin beds has an ensuite toilet. - The air conditioning: only 1 of the bedrooms has an AC in it. The AC in the lounge room struggled to get the room temperature below 25 degrees. We had to keep the doors of the master bedroom open to try and allow the AC in there to cool down the rest of the apartment. I have written this only after our security deposit has been returned and enough time has passed that my fear of our card being recharged is diminished. If we had known how difficult the stairs were, that there was only 1 shower, that there would be almost no temperature control and the security deposit existed there are many more apartments we would’ve booked instead for the same price or less.

Spacious flat

The flat description was misleading; it’s located on the 5th floor, and the nearest parking is a 5-minute walk away, which is highly inconvenient if you have luggage. The agency is rude and dishonest, charging for pre-existing damages to the property. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

The place is very confortable and a great place to stay.

The staff was hard to reach before the check-in date

Location was perfect. The apt was in the middle of everything.

This is located on the last floor (6 floors) and there was no elevator. Also there was only one room with an AC in it and the other 2 did not have any. While it cooled a bit at night it was still wasn’t cool like an AC.

Beautiful apartment in an ideal location for all the sights of Lisbon.

Whilst the description of this apartment mentions that there is no accessible access via lift, it fails to tell you that this apartment is on the 5th floor up at least 200 stairs. This was really difficult with luggage and would not be good for those people who are not physically fit!

The location couldn’t have been better, the beds were comfortable and it had a nice living room area. Lovely views from the balcony.

No mirrors in bedroom, only one shower between 5 of us, and could have used more towels, cooker didn’t turn on. No sockets near the bed in one of the bedrooms.

Parking was expensive ($50/day) but the issue was the parking garage only took cash!! Two showers would be nice but we did fine with one
