Perfect location, lovely facilties, good value for money.

The staff were very helpful, however, I ended up dealing with a few different people while preparing my booking which led to some minor confusion at times. Overall, very lovely staff who responded quickly.

10 flights of stairs (no lift).

Centrally located, easy to get to main attractions. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Beautiful historical part of Lisbon. The apartment was clean and as advertised, I don’t recall it saying it was on the 5th floor with no elevator. Maria, my main contact during our stay was wonderful, she was super helpful and very quick to respond to all my inquiries. Thank you Maria.

No elevator, having to on walk up 6 flights of stairs, nobody wanted to go back to the apartment because there were too many stairs to climb. Being centrally located also meant a lot of noise all night long, between people arguing outside, to garbage trucks cleaning the streets, which was of course necessary but it meant you could not leave the windows open to get a nice breeze while you slept so we were hot throughout the night.

perfect location. Apartment was very large, spacious comfortable and clean. Perfect for our family of five. Even though it was off the main strip, it was not noisy.

The responsiveness of the staff was not great. At times we would get immediate responses and at other times it would be several days before we heard back… We still didn’t know where to take the garbage out by the end of the trip.

Only good position!

The apartament is in the 5 floor, without elevator. You can use only one bedroom, where works the heating.Everywhere is very cold. Uncomfortable flat without wardrobe. The dishwasher is not secured in its casing and fell on my leg, I stood with ice 1 day. The person with the apartament, did not reply to our calls, to fix the heating.
