Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top, sehr netter Gastgeber, einfache Schlüsselübergabe. Die Wohnung entsprach absolut den Bildern. Parkplatz zu finden war kein Problem. Die Wohnung war klein und sauber. Die Gegend hat uns sehr gefallen. Restaurants, Supermarkt und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in wenigen Schritten. Sehr ruhige Lage. Mit Uber oder Bolt ins Zentrum von Lissabon für 10 Euro und weniger.

Had a moldy smell in the bathroom

Great location with on street parking. Lovely little place with well equipped kitchen. Very easy to walk into Belém and quiet neighborhood.

The shower curtain looked rather tired, in the picture there was a glass screen. Whilst we knew there was no air conditioning, the fact that there was a hot water tank in the bedroom (which had low sloping ceilings) meant that the room was too hot to sleep in as the temperature was 30° outside! We slept downstairs on the sofa bed with the fan on as there was no airflow. Luckily there were only two of us. Something to be mindful of in the summer months!

There is a problem with the drainage system in the shower. It seems clogged.

I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but this time I just can’t stay silent. Whenever you go on vacation, you look for a nice place to relax, comfort, and coziness. I don’t know how many years ago the photos of these apartments were taken, but since then everything has clearly worsened. Fortunately, we only rented this place for one night. The apartment smelled musty and unpleasant. Be prepared that the apartment is quite dark. The bathroom, to put it briefly, was disgusting: mold, a gross bath mat that had obviously been used by an unknown number of people. A disgusting, musty curtain that touches you while you’re showering. I seriously doubt it’s ever washed or properly sanitized. The towels — two large and one hand towel. In every apartment I’ve ever rented, there were at least five towels for two people (for body, face, and hands), and always a spare towel for stepping out of the shower. The bathroom cabinet was broken, barely holding together. The window and door frames were a nightmare: peeling paint, everything terribly neglected. Is it really that hard to fix these details? People come to your apartments for a vacation, but the condition doesn’t match the photos you show. The only decent things were the bedroom and free parking nearby. This is a neglected place where the owner clearly doesn’t want to invest physically or financially. I do not recommend it and regret not choosing another option.

The location is great but you can hear a lot of noises from the outside.
