Great gem of a place for Lisbon. We only stayed one night while in transit but it was very clean and tidy, super central to get into town and had enough space for our small family. Shower water pressure was excellent and warm water lasted just long enough for us to have back to back showers. Appreciated being able to arrive late at night and to have easy keybox entry. Didn't use appliances but kitchen seemed functional and the sofabed downstairs was suitable. Managed to find free public parking a short walk away as otters mentioned. All around a great short stay.

We booked for four people but only had two towels. Didn't matter too much as we only stayed overnight but would have been an issue if any longer. Also, for parents of young children, the front door must be locked from the inside by key as the door opens directly onto the road. Maybe useful to install an additional latch inside!

Great location, walking distance to Belem Tower and other great spots. Apartment was as shown, very clean; bed, linens and pillows super cozy. Host responded immediately when texted and helped sort out the minor questions I had. Would definitely stay again!

The only very minor issue was finding a place to park...although free, it's a densely populated area and the parking is crowded...nothing to complain about, just to be aware of!

-We didn't meet the host in person, but he sent us instructions on how to pick up the keys, and checked to see if we needed anything during our stay. -The location is excellent, it's in a quiet street but a very short walk from the lively part of the neighbourhood. There is a grocery store close by, and several tram and bus stops, so reaching the city centre and the airport was really easy. -The apartment is open space, the only door is on the bathroom. Downstairs is the couch+TV, dining table, kitchen, bathroom, and then there is a bedroom upstairs (the couch can also be turned into a bed). -The kitchen has an induction cooktop, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, microwave, fridge. The host left us a couple coffee capsules and bottles of water, which served us well until we found the store. There are also plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery... There was even a vegetable peeler, and a fabric towel. Small things that often get forgotten but help a lot in the kitchen. -The water pressure is good. The water heater takes a couple of seconds to start with the hot water in the shower, but once it gets going it's super hot. -The apartment did get a bit cold in the evenings, but there was a small heater that helped. And it was OK during the day -What I was missing: a horizontal bar in the bathroom so I can spread the towel to dry, and maybe another hook to hang it; a coat rack somewhere close to the door; and maybe some shelves somewhere because all of our stuff ended up on the kitchen table Still, if I come back to Lisbon I would try to stay there again
