Whitout air conditioner 1rs floor

Tucked away on a quiet street in a nice part of town, AL Belém is an elegant place to stay. Well decorated and full of character, it was just right for a few days. Bed comfortable, excellent sofa bed, and good towels. There's a My Auchan Supermarket 5 minutes walk down the hill, a bar or two, bus about 1 minute away and the river front museums and restaurants (Rut dos Pregos was unfussy, reasonably priced and outstanding) 10 minutes.

The edge of the shower tray is low, the drain runs slowly, and the water pressure strong, so water builds up quickly and can spill onto the bathroom floor. Needs a little unblocking and will be fine.

Lighting in bathroom could be improved. It was slightly dark when you take shower with the curtains closed.

We found a lot of small ants in the morning on the kitchen desk. Nice creators

There could have been more cutlery and bed linen if you stay there with four people.

Beautiful house in a quiet street, but close to shops, restaurants and sights. We enjoyed our stay here.

I appreciate the message from the host that our apartment was ready earlier than expected. He provided us with the code for the key and WiFi password which was very helpful. Also where to find some extra blankets. There were bottled water and coffee pods for us and the apartment was stocked with some necessities, i.e. Salt and pepper. The apartment is close to the tower of Belem and Pasteis de belem. It's in a beautiful area of Lisbon. Parking was easy to find and an easy drive to the airport. Its a beautiful, cute apartment. It was fine for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 teens. We only stayed for one night as we were leaving the next day for our flight home.
