Galaxy Apartments Lucerne

The host was very kind and helpful, she was nice to deal with and went out of her way to help us when we realised we didn't have the right travel power adapter with us! The location was great, just a short easy walk to explore Lucerne from and with a fantastic local bakery nearby and several supermarkets. The kitchen is small but very functional with the majority of cooking equipment needed and a little coffee machine. There is a little balcony and windows out over the street which is nice to let the light in.

The apartment is getting a bit old and run down but they have done their best to make it as clean and comfortable as possible. We found the bed not very comfortable and noisy springs, but the couch was huge and actually quite comfortable to sleep on!

Mesa de refeições era muito ruim. Cheio de marcas. Podiam deixar pelo meno uma toalha ou até pintar a mesa. Banheiro muito pequeno e sem suporte pra pendurar as coisas.

location is bit away from city centre, need to take bus and then walk for 200m and washroom was small.

Great location and good value for money for Lucerne. You get what you pay for. The apartment is clean, functional and has everything you need for a short stay. Staff to let us in were excellent and the free Lucerne visitor pass is a nice plus!

Wifi was poor, and whilst it says it has apple tv - the internet is too poor for this to work. Noise wasn’t too bad, but ear plugs may be needed as you can hear neighbours. The bed and pillows were pretty uncomfortable.

No cupboard, a bit noisy at times

The staff I met (didn’t catch their names but was 2 ladies) were very friendly and welcoming. The property was nice and clean.

Construction outside was loud and annoying. The covers for the bed were comfy but super small and I don’t know why it had two small covers instead of one big cover. The fan in the bathroom was obnoxious.
