Galaxy Apartments Lucerne

Location was great. Bed was more comfortable than anticipated. The host was incredibly responsive.

Arrived on time to wet floors. Dingy entrance and a bit noisy. Really run down furnishings. Leaking tap. No plug - difficult to work things - no instructions.

Emplacement très pratique pour faire le centre de Lucerne à pied. Très propre et grand, pratique pour quelques jours

Peu de mobilier dans les chambres et pièces en général donc peu pratique ni chaleureux (très bien pour quelques jours seulement)

Very flexible for arrival times/key. Local bus pass included.

Elevator landings are between floors--must walk 7 stairs up or down to every apartment. Felt a little bit shabby and worn. Kitchen lacked a sharp knife, toaster, and microwave. Bathroom was more cramped than most.

Nothing to like about this apartment. One of the worst apartment in my Europe trip. Don't be fooled by the pics in the site. The actual apartment is far worst than the pics.

We were 2 families with 7ppl staying in. The apartment provided did not have the most basic privacy in it. The bathroom door was not closing, it was getting stuck midway. When we contacted the property all the said was we cannot do anything now. The apartment path was fully covered in pollen and was only cleaned after multiple requests. The pollen was entering my room and I had 2 kids who were allergic to such pollen. How can they handover an apartment without checking this basic thing. The dish washer was not working, the oven had a broken door and the issue good on and on. I reached out to booking customer care and they could not get the apartment to fix the things. I had booked 3 days stay and had to endure all this for 2 days. Completely irresponsible staff a they could not check the basic things.
