"Location is the best part of the trip but the apartment needs attention"

Location is the best value for the property

The apartment needs some repairs, in the kitchen the stove is old and does not work well the kitchen furniture is just as old, in the bathroom the sheet metal is damaged, in the room the curtain and the bed are not the best. For a 10-day stay no soap was left and only a couple of towels.

La ubicación.

La cama era de Pza y Media no de 2. Mi hija durmió sobre una manta en el suelo porque era incomoda dormir las 2 juntas. Las almohadas chiquitas horribles No tenía refrigerador. Solo freezer. Lo usamos con la puerta abierta para que no nos congelara las bebidas. No volvería a no ser que mejorara las condiciones. Instalaciones y ubicación muy buena.

Me pidieron varias veces que reconfirmara el horario de llegada. No había nadie esperando. Estuve dos horas dando vuelta con una maleta.tuve que molestar a vecino para que llamara por teléfono para responder con cero empatía que hasta las tres de la tarde no iba a llegar nadie. El departamento no fue limpiado durante la estadía

LOCATION! Just off of Callao plaza, great location for restaurants, bars, and to walk to anywhere in the center of Madrid. It's a small apartment but ok if you're only sleeping there. Kitchen big enough to cook basic meals.

Had to wait 15 minutes for the host to come and meet us, no self check-in. Shelves in the bathroom were very dirty.
