La cama muy cómoda, la cocina también

Tardaron un tiempo en venir a darnos las llaves, pero al menos pudimos pedir 2 copias de llaves

Me encantó que la propiedad tenía todo lo que necesitaba. Hasta pude cocinarme durante mi estadía.

Que está en el tercer piso y a veces el ascensor demoraba mucho o no funcionaba y tenía que cargar mis paquetes :(

Excellent location, near Metro Callao, Gran Via

Elevator stuck in 5th floor. Needed to walked upstairs

Great location, close to the centre and metro. Secure building with an interesting old fashioned lift. Hair dryer and toiletries available. Extra blankets. Microwave and coffee machine with pods. Responsive host when we had an issue (a power cut).

Bathroom could be a bit cleaner (the drain especially) As it's a small flat, expect frequent power cuts (happened twice while trying to make coffee and plugged the kettle in, so wouldn't do that) Flat could be a little warmer but at least there are extra blankets

The location was very nice.

It wasn’t very comfortable. The furniture was old and dusty. There were stains on the towels. The bed was uncomfortable, there was no duvet, only blankets and they were inadequate. The air conditioner was not heating well.
