"Misleading descriptions - unmet expectations"

The address was not clear. The host was rude when I enquired about it as the taxi driver dropped me off at yhe wrong place. The flat (3 rooms - bathroom, kitchen and sleep room) were cleaned with an awkward smelling stuff that gave me asthma.

It was centrally located, but that again resulted in noise.

"No return of deposit after weeks!"

Location

Upon arrival a €100 deposit for is required. While they say it'll be refunded in 7 days I am yet to receive my money after almost 4 weeks. I've sent countless messages and no reply, and am now trying to receive my money through bookings.com. Many reviews here stating the same, so they clearly repeat offenders. Please do not stay here! The hallway is loud and you constantly feel like someone is breaking into your room, very scary as a solo female traveller.
