Property Notes

The check-in process requires each guest to register before entering the apartment. Check-in between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM incurs a surcharge of €70, payable in cash. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process. This accommodation does not allow stag or hen parties or other types of parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. This will be charged by the property 14 days prior to arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be returned in full by credit card once the accommodation has been reviewed. Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called CENTRAL MADRID with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard. This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Lease Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease upon arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Apartamento espacioso 3 dormitorios y buena localización.

Las fotos que aparecen en Booking no son la realidad del apartamento. Son fotos maquilladas que muestran un apartamento color blanco con mucha luz y es todo lo contrario porque es muy oscuro excepto la sala de TV y teníamos que mantener las luces prendidas durante el día! En la presentación de Booking informan que tiene 2 baños y no es verdad pues hay 1 baño con regadera y bañera y el otro es medio baño sin regadera lo que es incómodo para 5 huéspedes. Envíe varios mails a MITHOUSE y nunca me respondieron. Finalmente el apartamento necesita más mantenimiento pues las paredes están deterioradas y necesitan pintura .

Location is great

The apartment is older than you can see in the pictures, lacks duches gels, extremely noisy during the night (it is not a fault of the owners, but anyway)

"Tolle Wohnung, sehr Zentral."

Sehr große und geräumige Wohnung in super Lage. Tolle Küche mit Esstisch. Konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Leider war es in den beiden Schlafzimmern die zur Straße hin liegen sehr laut.

"Great place that i will come back to."

This is my third time in Madrid, and i cannot describe how the location was the best i’ve been too, i am here with a family and the place is safe and lots of coffee shops and restaurants around that operates until late hours, very safe area. I like how there’s a 4 balconies (even when its tiny, still does the job to have a coffee and do some people watching). The place is close to gran via.

None, i will keep recommending this stay to everyone i know going to madrid.
