Property Notes

The check-in process requires each guest to register before entering the apartment. Check-in between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM incurs a surcharge of €70, payable in cash. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process. This accommodation does not allow stag or hen parties or other types of parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. This will be charged by the property 14 days prior to arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be returned in full by credit card once the accommodation has been reviewed. Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called CENTRAL MADRID with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard. This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Lease Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease upon arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

We had a fantastic stay at Apartamento San Antón II de Madrid from 13–15 November 2025. The apartment is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a short stay. Its location on Augusto Figueroa 33 is perfect — right in the heart of the city, close to great restaurants, cafés, and public transport. It was ideal for our group of friends, offering a cozy atmosphere and plenty of space to relax after exploring Madrid. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

Location was great. Comfortable apartment with roomy bedrooms.

Even though the bathroom is wonderful and very spacious, only one full bathroom is not very practical for a 6 pax apartment. There is an adicional small guest toilet. There is no full size mirror

"Prachtig en groot appartement in het midden van chueca"

De grootte van het appartement en de ligging.

Je moet dor een slaapkamer om naar debadkamer te gaan en er mogen wat renovatiewerken gedaan worden. Witte gesconden muur in midden van appartement dat mooi gedecoreerd is. Is een detail want we hadden heel goed verblijf.

The apartment was fantastic, very well located, and very clean and well stocked!

The apartment was very very hot and doesn’t have AC and there is only 1 full bathroom as the other bathroom is a half bath (no shower or bath tub) and is very small.

Il secondo bagno troppo piccolo.avendomuna casa di 160 mq . Le pareti sono da ristrutturare. Infissi vecchi La notte non si riusciva a dormire per la zona della casa l'epicentro LGBTQI+ di Madrid .schiamazzi fino le 3-4 di notte
