Property Notes

The check-in process requires each guest to register before entering the apartment. Check-in between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM incurs a surcharge of €70, payable in cash. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process. This accommodation does not allow stag or hen parties or other types of parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. This will be charged by the property 14 days prior to arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be returned in full by credit card once the accommodation has been reviewed. Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called CENTRAL MADRID with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard. This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Lease Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease upon arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

The flat is very well located. However, once the booking had been made and was non-refundable, we learned that we had to pay a deposit of €200 via a "MitHouse" application, otherwise we would not be able to access the accommodation and would not be refunded. They promise to reimburse us within 7 days if there has been no damage. It's now been 20 days since we left the rental but we still haven't received our €200 even though there was no damage, even after several requests to booking and the application's accounting department.

Amazing location. Right around plenty of shopping, mercato, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and bars. Extremely spacious and well laid out Had iron and hair dryer. Plenty of towels and toilet rolls Clean bedsheets and linen.

bath amenities not provided for two people and no clarity provided at time of booking to bring own. two bathrooms (including a powder room) but only one tiny soap bar. no full length mirror - making makeup, hair drying and dressing up problematic. no coffee/ tea even though coffee maker / tea kettle was provided. no dishwashing liquid.

The house was undergoing renovation, which was not mentioned in advance. The whole house was under the Hood.

Nobody informed us that there was renovation of the fasade of the building and we couldn’t sleep . They start making noise from 6am. I sent mail to the reservation about that but nobody ever replied. I hope that i will get back my deposite
