Apartments Madrid Principe

The location was superb, within walking distance of most major attractions and so close to the Metro and Train stations which was so handy to venture a bit further into the suburbs. Plenty of shopping in the surrounding streets including a Lidl supermarket for essential supplies. The apartment facilities were all in good working order and the room was spacious enough for two people. Being able to do our laundry was a bonus!

Unfortunately there was a discotheque further up the street and at times the noise at night was a bit obtrusive. Nothing that wasn’t fixed with a pair of earplugs though and I’m pretty sure it would be the same in other streets in the central Madrid.

El baño y escaleras incómodo

Alloggio in ottima posizione. Pulizia buona. Letto comodo e camera silenziosa

Pessimi i contatti con i gestori. Abbiamo provato a telefonare e scrivere un messaggio ma non abbiamo avuto nessuna risposta. Muri molto sottili: i vicini avevano la televisore accesa che ha disturbato fino a tarda notte. Scala interna ripida e stretta

La buena comunicación con el personal, la situación del apartamento, la limpieza, la cama muy cómoda, etc.

El sofá cama, es demasiado duro, para dormir un adulto es bastante incomodo.

Всё в целом очень не плохо, но лестница с алкоголем не совместима. Мы не пили.

Ценник бы чуть чуть пониже и было бы отлично. Окна есть, но от них толку нет, они во внутренний тоннель выходят, а значит вида нет, запахи есть.
