Location only, nothing else

The “spacious apartment” was far from that; very clever use of wide angled lens photos. Could not stand up in the tiny bathroom, showering is impossible if you are taller than 4 feet. There is a very precarious metal spiral staircase to access the bedroom and bathroom which was not described, thus impossible to use if you have any mobility limitations. Body fluid stains on the bed throw pillows. Smelled bad.

They apartment was in an excellent location. They apartment was very good brilliant to have they large terrace. Plenty of towels.

There was no kettle or toaster and stairs were not good.

Great location and close to city and lots of shops and restaurants. The property was clean, comfortable and spacious.

The entry instructions weren't very clear. The property is at #9 but the property is listed as #2 on the booking website. I rang the contact number but no answer or call back.

Location was great. Access was easy.

We were hoping the owners could help us book a taxi as we don’t speak Spanish. They refused. We had trouble connecting to the phone no that was provided. Mould in bathroom on tiles. Bedroom was a very tight squeeze.

The place is in the centar of Madrid and this is excellent.

Everything is on the edge of.... place needs defenetly a renovation. furniture is old dated and ready to be changed. the bed is small, the only bathroom is on the upper level and it is unconfortable. No pots in case you want a tea. it declares 140m2 but you have a balcony of like 100m2 while the appartmant is quite small. the only waredrobe is on the upper level and there is no way you can pass with suitcase becouse the stairs for the upper level are really tiny and nerrow.
