Il ritiro delle chiavi è un pò complicato. Il divano letto è dimensioni ridotte per due persone.

"Great place to stay if you really only want somewhere to keep your belongings while you are out, enjoying the city."

A great, central location. Easy to get to and easy to check in/out.

Too small for more than one, maybe two (small) people. Barely any amenities - not even 2 wine glasses. When the bar across the street closes at 4am, the party moves to the street & is LOUD.

"An ideal place in the perfect location for a short stay in Madrid."

The apartment was very well located. It was clean and equipped for self catering.There was no street noise.

The photo of the entry door was outdated - it is now an iron door and not a brown wooden door, so we took a while to locate the entrance. The toilet cistern had a slow leak and the shower drain was blocked. It was quiet but one could hear neighbours turn on their showers and one could also hear them at night coming and going.

"Difficult"

Washing machine.

Walls are so thin. Guys were chatting in the next apartment from 6pm to 6am! I got woken up every 2 hours. It was a horrible last night.

"Horrendous reservation process - very stressful. Equally difficult to check in. AVOID"

The location.

The staff were impossible to work with. They kept threatening to cancel my groups reservation - the whole process was VERY STRESSFUL. I would not recommend this to anyone and I’m an Agency!
