Location, clean, spacious. Great cheap coffee across street at Bargrafo

Walls paper thin. Effected our sleep.

Great location, clean and tidy apartment. Suited us aa two couples but a bit tight. Was well equipped. There are lots of places to eat nearby with a supermarket next door.

The spiral staircase was a lovely feature but not great for taking luggage down. We had to leave all the luggage upstairs and one couple had to change in the upstairs bedroom but they slept downstairs on the sofa bed.

The close proximity to the main areas and cafes. Easy access to everything.

The walls are paper thin and we had to bang on the adjacent door a couple of times as you can hear the TV or loud conversations in the early hours. Also the spiral staircase is not the easiest to negotiate at night if you need to go to the kitchen.

Good location.

Lock box for key a bit hard to see and read numbers

The location was excellent.

The fact that I am the sixth guest in four months to complain there is no kettle or coffee machine. I was told there is a saucepan and you can boil water on the stove. Yes but the saucepan had a handle missing on one side this is not very safe when dealing with boiling water. Also the Wifi was very poor to non existent. I ended up using my personal Wifi data which I was not very happy about since I was on a 30 day limited data plan. I regard the owner or manager very arrogant in not supplying a €20 euro kettle considering I paid €456 for three night stay.

Very good location. Friendly staff that quickly organized the facility manager to fix the broken AC

- not really clean - very loud/noisy house. Sleeping was very difficult due to the noise - apartment next to the elevator shaft: The noise was unbearable - AC was broken, apartment was very hot

Spacious terrace, good location

Terrace need renovation, some furniture is broken.

Good location, elevator, municipal parking is very close, Carrefour express is right near the entrance door

It can be a bit more equipped by home appliances like toaster, electric kettle (only oven kettle was there) No chance to get sun shine, only electricity even in the morning due to location of apartment with only small patio view
