Kassandra Garden Residence

The owner of Kassandra Garden Residence is a very polite and supporting woman! She gave us a warm welcome, good advice to places around, the farmers market in Ierapetra and restaurants round the corner. Accommodation was very suitable to our needs and budget. It is situated in a wonderful place with a marvellous view to the sea anf the mountains around Istro. The pool is a nice and clean place especially for children. There supermarkets nearby and the beaches are only a few minutes reachable by foot. We didn't miss anything and had a wonderful time. We are happy to recommend this accommodation!

Just a small advice - be careful of pavement / sidewalk when you exit from the parking.

Stunning views from the patio, calm and relaxing atmosphere.

The communication with Veronika was on the top even before arrival. She answered all our questions and organized a transfer from the airport. My luggage got lost by the airline company, Veronika was very helpful and even gave me some brand new clothes! The bungalow is perfect for a family with a baby, the balcony has a great view. The residence is in a beautiful garden, please note that there will be ants and it is normal! If you sweep regularly, nothing will bother you (as ants won’t find anything to eat). The towels and sheets are changed regularly also. The beach is 5 minutes to the place with supermarkets nearby and the best restaurants of Istron. Veronika also gave us little gifts at the end of our stay and it was very interesting talking with her at all times!

It is a small business and a very good value for money for what you get.

A sunny wonderful place, ful, clean, spacious and well equipped apartments, welcoming, friendly prompt host as she was always a call away when needed and on time. An extraordinary vacation and 10/10o environment that reflects the relaxing vibe and the Mediterranean sea air. I recommend with love!

Kassandra Garden Residences is a small and extremely friendly place with a great size pool in a central location in Istron within easy walking distance down a small hill to shops, bars and restaurants and lovely beaches. We were met on arrival by the amazing Veronika who showed us to our 2 bed apartment which had parking right outside. The apartment was quite basic but very clean and spacious enough for the four of us. The beds were comfortable, wardrobes large, shower had a curtain (which could be quite tricky to control) but was powerful and always hot. The kitchen had all the usual appliances (kettle, oven, hob, fridge/ freezer) but also a washing machine - Bonus! The air con was only in the twin bedroom but Veronika quickly supplied us with a fan for the double room and this was enough to make it comfortable even in the heatwave! There was a TV although we did not use it and the wifi was great ( our daughter spent some time working online and was very happy sat by the pool which was never too busy). If we felt that the apartment lacked anything which we required, a text or a visit to Veronika and she would sort it very quickly - She is a fantastic host who made it very clear that our comfort and happiness were her only priority and we left feeling that we had stayed in the home of a very good friend.

The hill could be a bit tricky for someone with walking mobility issues

We really enjoyed our stay at Kassandra a lot. Very nice owner who helped us with everything we needed. Recommend to stay!
