Kassandra Garden Residence

Absolutely wonderful experience in Kassandra residence. We were family of 2 adults and three children, and apartment (60 sqm) was spacious enough and comfortable for all of us. Good location (Voulisma is 5 mins walk, and you have two different parts of the great sandy beach, lot of restaurants, Agios Nicholaos 10 min by car, bus stop also close...), great and clean pool, garden in front... Everything was so nice, we felt like at home. Price was also very affordable. For every recommendation.

A very helpful host. We were greeted with wine and olive oil. And got some souvenirs at the end of our stay. Well equipped bungalows and a clean swimming pool that saved us during heat wave at the end of July. Totally recommended ☺

We loved the bungalow and its facilities! It had an amazing balcony with a sea and sunset view! It was very close to the beach. Veronika (the host) was very welcoming and helpful! The swimming pool is also really nice!

Personal approach of the owner. Helpful friendly owner. The owner immediately solves the urgent needs of the guests.

We booked 3 bungalows next to each other for 9 persons. All of the bungalows were fantastic with a beautiful sea view. The location of the bungalows is perfect, beautiful Voulisma beach is 5 min. walk (the colour of the sea... Oh my God...). There is a beautiful colourful garden around the bungalows with many flowers and a super pool with an absolutely amazing sea view. We tried many apartments and bungalows in Greece in the past years but Veronika's residence is the number1. I've cried on the plane on our way to home, because I feel in my heart that Istro village had became my "second home". Furthermore, I can't tell with words how grateful we are. Veronika is amazing!!! Her hospitality is very special. Thank you Veronika everything, we wish you and your family all the best.

It was a super nice holiday. The welcome was very warm. We had one of the bungalows. It was very clean and everything you need was there. If something was missing or there was any problem, Veronika helped. The view is the best. Incredibly beautiful. After a few days we felt at home. The beaches can be reached quickly, taverns, restaurants and small supermarkets are nearby. Kassandra Garden Residence is a special place. It's not all perfect, but that's what makes it special. We will come back in any case.

Spacious, well equipped bungalow among olive and citrus trees with great views across Mirabello Bay from the very large terrace and up to the mountains from the front. Beaches and excellent tavernas within an easy short downhill walk - slightly less easy uphill walk back if indulging in too much complimentary raki! Veronika is a very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful host, and the water, wine, olive oil and grapes were a welcome surprise on our arrival - she also encouraged us to pick fruit or herbs from the gardens as needed. The pool is an added bonus and the airport transfer service is provided at a much cheaper rate than a taxi. A totally relaxing 3 weeks and we will definitely return.

Istron is good base for a week-long holiday with car - easy to drive to Agios Nik/Elounda side, and also to south coast. Friendly hostess, cosy bungalow, lots of space, nice garden and pool. Kitchenette well equipped - even with oven. Best tavernas very near! Pet-friendly.

General issue same as in most Greek apartments - bathroom floor wet after shower. No more complains really, all was good.
