Kassandra Garden Residence

Easygoing and helpful host, great value for money. Planned a trip for 12 days in the end of September and could not pick better place with three kids (6,3,1). Istron has a few beaches with crystal clear water and space for everyone. Best family restaurant and supermarket few minutes away. If you are not picky this is what you want:) Place is clean (stayed in the apartment in front of the pool) and has all you need although some might say that equipment is a bit old and renovation’s pending. No problem with parking, this place is about 150m above the main road uphill (good view). Ask if you need something (grill/frappe maker etc). Overall this place exceeded our expectations, will happily return next year:).)

Smaller shower + the shower head was not working very well - those are just the little things and picky people could probably find a lot more:). Bottom line is this is great value for money because of the host, garden with herbs and fruit, position and pool in front of the door:).

The location was excellent and the host was extremely helpful and kind. Veronika gave us amazing suggestions of places to visit. She was always available to answer any questions we had. Her communication before arriving was also always very timely and positive. The apartment was very clean and large and had all the necessary amenities. The balcony was large and private and there was always a beautiful breeze. The pool was lovely to enjoy as well. The on-site parking was great as was the wifi. An overall positive experience!

Veronika was a great host. Great and relatively small and comfortable site. Great place for a family with swimming pool. Also many restaurants in walking distance. Price versus quality is excellent. We definitely will visit again.

Exceptional hospitality from Veronika, she treated us like family and nothing was too much effort. The terrace was large, with a great view and a lemon 🍋 tree just below. The beach was a short walk and two great restaurants 1 minute away.

clean, airy, comfortable We had already been staying at the Kassandra Apartments but decided to extend our stay because we were having such an amazing holiday. The apartment has everything we needed for our holiday, with a well-equipped kitchen for making simple meals, table and chairs inside and outside for eating and relaxing, a good size fridge, comfortable and clean beds and air-conditioning. There are also plenty of places to relax within the gardens, out of the shade, and poolside WiFi! When we arrived it was spotlessly clean, with water and wine in the fridge, as well as some home grown vegetables. We spent some time by the pool with the beautiful view of the bay, as well as visiting the stunning beach which is just a 5 minute walk away. We went further afield to different beaches as well as sightseeing. The owner of the property was always around and always helpful, with tips about which restaurants, beaches, supermarket to visit. She and her husband look after the apartments and gardens, maintaining a relaxed, authentic Greek feel to the place. We love this place and will visit again!! We highly recommend these apartments.
