FLH Baixa Modern Place

Apartment was modern, light filled from the ceiling to floor window. Plenty of room for 2 and a short walk to the main square and the famous 28 Tram. A grocery store just across the street. Getting to the apartment is easy with a bus stop across the room direct from the train station

Lift was not operating

Everything is spotlessly clean and the apartment is quite spacious by city centre standards The kitchen equipment was all good and functioned well bathroom excellent the weather was not particularly warm when we were there so we did not use the air conditioning The view from the window was of the building next door... but a good amount of daylight came in and very little direct sunshine. Soundproofing was excellent ,however we heard no noise at all from the construction site that was visible 100 meters away until we opened the windows-- then loud drilling hammering etc . With Windows closed,- silence

The neighbourhood in which the apartment is found is mixed. Lots of restoration going on ,but some rocky buildings.. We were there during the festival of Saint Anthony which involves a massive booze,-up lasting four days The streets near the apartment had a lot of litter. may be entirely sue 😝 to the festival

Elevator was not working when we left- had to bring luggage down stairs.

The unit has secure and easy entry, has all you need, including washing machine which also functions as a dryer. There is no microwave, though there is an oven. The fittings are great quality, the bed is comfortable, the rooms warm, internet was fast, there is a good sized supermarket about 100m away, and plenty of other shops. I would love to stay again.

The perfect location of the apartment, in the center of Lisbon. Very clear and comprehensive communication with the landlord!

The location is just great, the staff is helpful and polite

Location and size of room

Not enough of anything there. One towel each for 4 night stay. Shower leaked and was mouldy. No liquid for washing machine, no kitchen things like salt and pepper etc.
