The only negative was no aircon.

Location close to elevator. Comfortable bed.

Poor communication with Feels Like Home with conflicting messages and phones that didn't answer. A blocked wash hand basin, no coffee table, induction stove didn't work, no drying rack, and washer dryer did not dry clothes properly, no hair dryer, air con not functioning although it did in the rest of the building. Just a single fan for cooling. Refrigerator door handle broken.

A well equipped apartment that does not feel like a for rental unit - all the appliances and utensils are of very good quality. The historical building was remodeled in a nice combination of old style with modern installations. The location is practical, even though being on top of Rua da Madalena hill - the public elevator three doors away takes you to Rua dos Fanqueiros, very close to Rossio and Baixa Chiado metro stations, as well as Praça do Comércio and other public transport. Even pulling luggage the access was not tiring.

We missed a microwave oven. Also, even though the staff was polite and helpful through Booking messages, with the no contact check in, we felt that having to go to Avenida da Liberdade to pay the tourist tax was a waste of our relatively short time in Lisbon.

The shower leaked all over bathroom floor. Has to mop after every shower. Nearly fell over. No room in kitchen cupboards to store food

Great location. Spacious and comfortable apartment. Very well equipped.

Perfect Location. Excellent apartment.

Maybe a bit improvement of communication about the way for check in and the codes for the doors.
