FLH Baixa Modern Place

The space feels open and airy. The location was great to various restaurants, tours, bus/tram/train stops, a grocery store, and an elevator to the castle. I definitely used the washer, but figuring out the modes needed some time to find an English manual online. I setup my own paracord line to dry the clothes on the small balcony.

The HVAC remote is missing. If you're tall, stand on a chair and press the cool button for a few seconds until the light turns on. The shower door also leaks from both corners, but the towel isn't big enough to catch the drips from both ends. The building elevator got often stuck on "Occupado" and wouldn't work.

Only problem was the shower seal needs replacing as the shower leaked on the bathroom floor

Excellent location, quiet , easy access.

Location was simply superb, right on the city centre and close to everything with easy transportation links and amenities nearby. The building was beautiful and the beds very comfy. The place was really clean.

Kitchen equipment was very basic and the bathroom could benefit for some renovation. There were fans but air conditioning (if it can be installed, maybe not as the building is old) would be a good addition. We got our door codes after trying to contact the property and had to wait outside for a bit- this bit could use some improvement.

Excellent location, good communication from host about how to access the building with the codes, lovely bright, clean space.

The location is really great. There is a huge supermarket around the corner, the sea in two blocks and the tourist street in 3 minutes walk

Some parts of the apartment was not spotless (lampshades in kitchen, for example). The shower leaked and we have to collect water
