FLH Intendente Elegant Mezzanine with Balcony

We stayed at this apartment for three nights while visiting Lisbon and were very disappointed with the level of service. The biggest issue was not the missing amenities themselves, but the complete lack of response and follow-up from the host. During our stay, we found that the shampoo dispenser was empty, there was no hand soap available, and we also experienced issues with the garbage bags. These are basic necessities that guests reasonably expect to be provided. When we reported the empty shampoo dispenser, we were asked to send photos. Unfortunately, we were already away from the apartment at that point and had already taken showers using only water. Rather than offering a solution or arranging for someone to replenish the supplies, the host repeatedly focused on obtaining photos for their report. As guests, we felt that our concerns were not being taken seriously. What was most frustrating was that none of these issues were addressed during our stay. No one came to resolve the problems, no alternative solutions were offered, and there was no meaningful follow-up. Even after we explained the inconvenience, we did not feel that the host showed any urgency or concern about improving our experience. The apartment itself may be acceptable, but good hospitality is about responding to guests' needs when problems arise. Unfortunately, we did not experience that here. Based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again. We felt more like we were being asked to document the problems than having the problems resolved.

Duży, wygodny, doskonale urządzony apartament, wyposażony we wszystko czego możesz potrzebować. Doskonała lokalizacja przy metrze, a jednocześnie nie dalej niż kwadrans spaceru od starego miasta. W pobliżu mnóstwo miejsc gdzie możesz zjeść i zrobić zakupy.

Me gustó mucho..la atención de los encargados y la ubicación..aunque a la llegada nos perdimos..

Tal vez completar los platos, vasos y cubiertos porque no estaban completos.

Very close ti the centre, a 15 min walk, clean, no noise at night.

There were no dishwasher tabs or any dishwashing detergent in the kitchen. There was no oil, salt, pepper or basic things a kitchen needs ( if you're planning to have eggs for breakfast or cook anything, you need to buy everything).
