La ubicación

Nos encontramos el apartamento sin limpiar, los muebles de la cocina con chorretones, el baño, olor a tubería que nos obligaba a mantener las puertas de la terraza abierta para ventilar, toallas rotas. Se lo hice saber a la "propietaria". Ese apartamento no sé había limpiado en días.

The Apt is in a great location and tastefully decorated. It has a view of the ocean and everything you want to see is within walking distance.

That there was no elevator and we were on the top floor. But it wasn't a horrible issues.

Bon emplacement. Quartier calme. Cuisine bien équipée en appareils.

La TV (petite) ne fonctionne pas. Impossible d'avoir de l'eau froide aux robinets de la cuisine et du lavabo S de B.

Die Lage war sehr schön im Stadtteil Alfama mit Sicht auf den Tejo. Man konnte jeden Tag neue Kreuzfahrtschiffe anlegen sehen. Alfama hat viele schöne Gassen und Treppen, viele kleine Restaurants und Bars verteilt in der Altstadt.

Das Lavabo im Badezimmer sah diesmal nicht wirklich gut gereinigt aus. An 2-3 Tagen meines Aufenthalts gab es sehr viel Regen durch einen Herbststurm. Im Badezimmer tropfte durchs Dachfenster etwas Wasser rein. Die Küche hat das Nötigste aber nicht mehr.

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Man ist sofort in Alfama in den engen Gassen. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Es sind auch sich zwei Klimaanlagen vorhanden. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist auch sehr gut.

Die Wohnung war nicht sehr sauber. Es waren noch viele fremde Haare im Bad. Handbrausen Aufhängung war defekt. Im Bad hat er immer sehr stark nach Kanal gerochen. Das war sehr unangenehm.
