Location was great and had space for 3 teenagers

Could do with new beds. Mattresses were pretty worn and uncomfortable

Location is great - easy walk to all the tourist sights.

Had everything we needed for a 2 night visit.

someone else’s sock was under the bed and stains on bed cushions

The location was great.

B did not realize that there’s no living spaces. This was basically a small kitchen adequately for us, but three bedrooms and no living space so to hang out with the rest of the crew we had to sit on beds. Also the cable cars start at 6 AM and they are quite noisy right down our street, but you are definitely in the thick of it. Location was great.

Great central location. Generous size bedrooms. We had a good stay & would recommend if going to be out all evening as nowhere to sit all together! Great to have a dishwasher & washing machine. Having a bath for the kids was useful & some toiletries provided. Air con & lift appreciated too! Air con in all 3 bedrooms, double glazed & shuttered windows. Really good helpful communication with Ricardo.

Be aware taxi drop off not available immediately outside as it’s only trams in the street, but it’s only short walk from a drop off. Beds very firm. I hadn’t realised there was no sitting area- my fault though! Apt slept 6 but had a table & chairs for 2 in kitchen so we couldn’t all eat together. Could have been cleaner & new kitchen scourer for each new booking needed! Numbers on apartment doors would also be good- we were not the only ones to be confused as to which was our apartment!

The property was in an excellent location and the apartment itself was nice.

The air con didn’t work. We were notified this as we arrived. We were told they would try to fix this during our stay but we saw no one. The first day was unbearable but luckily the outside temperature dropped which was a life saver.

The location was close to everything it had Netflix which was a bonus

The big bedroom windows wouldnt close and a/c wouldn't shut off had to borrow the other rooms one.

A place to remember itself and to enjoy on restful afternoons, with historical ajulezo tiles and admiring the pines over the Sao Jorge castle from the terrasse.

Climbing the couple of stairs from the lift to the top roof apartment was ok.

Good location, clean and comfortable.
