Amazing location.. coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants & bars all walkable in a few meters .. Trams & Busses at the doorstep of the building.. The hosts are always available to communicate if something is needed..

Ideally located in the heart of Baixa, very close to all kinds of public transportation and many major attractions. Nice view from the blacony. The apartment is clean and the appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, hairdryer) work. The host is friendly and had conveniently left a few supplies for us to use (soap, bin bags, washing liquid).

Disappointing bathroom. The shower urgently needs repairs. Very unstable temperature, the water uncontrollably goes from freezing to scalding hot in a matter of seconds and varies constantly throughout the time you spend in the shower. The tub has a little step in it, so you have little room to stand and it is easy to slip and fall. The faucet of the bathroom sink is a bit jammed, making it hard to manage the water pressure. Only one small towel rail in the entire bathroom and no coat-pegs for clothes (there was a spare one in a drawer, but it was rusty). No living-room, only a small table in the small kitchen where only 2 people can sit (there are 4 chairs but the remaining 2 are blocked against the wall). There is no way the place can comfortably accomodate 6 people. The kitchen clock is out of order, and the drying rack supplied along with the washing machine has a broken string. The rooms are nice but those looking on the street are noisy during the night. We stayed in December and the duvets were too thin for the season. Thankfully there is heating, but is is also quite noisy. No additional blankets in the wardrobes. Last but not least, be aware that the elevator only stops at half stories! From the ground floor, you have to climb a short flight of steps to get to the elevator, and another one to get to the apartment door from the upstairs landing. This should be stated clearly in the property description. I was travelling with an elderly person who has a hard time with stairs, and the elevator was one of the reasons I booked this accommodation. Very bad surprise. We booked with a huge last-minute discount, so it was fine, but it wouldn't be worth it at full price.

Great location and a beautiful old apartment.

The apartment needs a refresher, or the images should mirror the state of things more. There was, for example, mold in the bathroom, and the furniture was worn down and had stains. The apartment is for six people, but there were only two chairs and one wine glass. There was a code on the door, but it didn't work properly, so you had to try it 1-5 times every time you entered the apartment. Probably things that are easy to fix, but for now, it feels a bit industrialized.

The rooms and the kitchen the bathroom was excellent

Everything was nice only the fridge wasn't at a stable temperature but we got help from Ricardo the host.

Location was excellent. Easy transport and incredible restaurants right by you.

More cutlery required. Not enough for six people to sit down.

Clean, centrally located, responsive staff

Beds were impossible to sleep on (label on the mat was “kids” in our room..) - old and not straight No living room (due to 3rd sleeping room) made it difficult for a family .. Very small kitchen with practical 2-3 sitting places. For a family of 5 it forced us to eat separately Last, we were surprised we had to pay extra 4 euros per person per night - no invoice no prior notice.. i thought it was all included in booking payment

Roof leak in kitchen. Coffee machine leak. Poor wifi signal.

The location is excellent. The water was hot and it had a nice kitchen.

The beds were decrepit. They were absolutely terrible, and what is worse is that the owners know this to be fact and refuse to do anything about it. There was one bed that was better than the others and it was in a front room which is significantly louder than the others. I was serious when I told them that I would have a homeless person sleep on it. All you can feel are springs jamming into your back. It’s almost humorous.
