The apartment was very clean and organized with all equipments you need and the location was so amazing near Rossio square, shops and restaurants

Shower was small. There wasn't a couch or living room to all hang out in.

Excellent location , all the attractions on walking distance. We felt very safe at or near property. Just be mindful of pickpocket in the area. Local amenities are easily accessible- like supermarket, many great restaurants, souvenir shops etc. Price was great for the property! We haven’t used kitchen except making coffee, so no comments. Shower or so called bathtub is really small compare to the 3 bedroom property, water pressure was great though. There is yellow tram 18 and red historical tram is very accessible from property for sight tour. Overall we had great time in Lisbon and would love to visit again, not sure if in this property or not.

Property entrance is difficult to spot , if you are travelling late evening. Apartment entrance is just between shops. AC, Tv wasn’t working in one of the room. In the toilet handheld bidet wasn’t working. First aid kit was kept at the property was not in used condition. Luckily we carried our own. Sometime there was funny smell comes from outside (like gutter) , so we kept windows close during the day when out for sightseeing. Just be mindful there are no curtains on the windows, so you will get less opportunity to open the window and enjoy the great view of street , passing trams etc. such a shame. Sometime you experience the noise due to its prime location as trams and many traveller are passing by and property on 1st floor. but after 10pm its settled. From accessibility point of view , There is lift ,but not useful, as you have to take stairs first and take lift and stairs again to get to the property. and taxis are not allowed in the street, in case you have big suitcase, so bit of walk from the drop to property ( 1-2 min)

Great location, but the stay didn’t meet expectations. The location is definitely a plus — you’re right in the city center, which is super convenient. But as expected in older buildings, the wooden floors are quite noisy. In the evenings, I could clearly hear footsteps and movement from the floors above, which added to the discomfort. The photos also made the place seem nicer than it really is. The mattress and pillows weren’t very comfortable, the bed linen was thin, and the towels were small. I didn’t sleep well at all. Even though it was spring, it felt quite cold at night, and the small blanket provided wasn’t warm enough. Also, light came through the wooden doors both at night and early in the morning, making it hard to fully rest. That said, the host’s company support team was polite and responsive, which I appreciated. But overall, I think I would’ve been more comfortable in a nearby hotel for the same price.
