O apartamento muito lindo, decoração linda, localização ótima,

Tivemos um problema com o banheiro social, vazava água do box

Nos gustó: - ubicación excepcional. - habitaciones cómodas. - zona de cocina y estar amplia y cómoda. - poder contar con dos baños. - estilo moderno y cuidado. - ascensor. - balcón con vistas. - persona de check in acudió rápido y fue amable. En general estuvimos a gusto y la ubicación facilita mucho la visita de la ciudad.

No nos gustó: - el proceso previo es farragoso. La interacción se dilata, hay mensajes que no leen, los trámites se hacen en su plataforma y los links chocan con pautas de seguridad de Bolking… Una vez te pasan con la persona de referencia para la llegada, todo bien, pero el previo no es ágil. - tener que poner fianza. No hay ningún problema, pero no habiendo un check de salida pierde su sentido. - la mampara del baño pequeño pierde agua. Cada vez que te duchas el suelo de empapa completamente. En dicho baño, aparte de reparar la mampara, sería necesario contar con un toallero. - el cristal del baño integrado en la habitación. Ya se que se avisa y se ve en fotos, pero hasta que no llegas no te haces completamente a la idea. Es muy incómodo. Creo que poner unos vinilos con rayas, por ejemplo, hasta media altura, mantendría la estética, pero aportaría confort con un coste mínimo.

Très propre, l'ascenseur est un gros plus pour le secteur. L'air climatisé dans chaque pièce rendait la température parfaite. L'hôte était très accueillante et accomodante. La localisation est parfaite, directement sur la rue touristique principale, à pied du bord de l'eau.

Nous aurions aimé avoir plus de papier hygiénique à notre arrivée, il n'y avait que 1 rouleau entamé dans chaque salle de bains. Nous n'avions pas non plus de savon pour la machine à laver.

Very clean

The place was absolutely neat , as described. The location we couldn’t ask for better evening was good. The only thing was the deposit and the comunicación but if you do it with enough time it is possible to have the best time . Always book with enough time and check the e- mails .

The deposit have to be done through a 3rd party and enter so much information to much paperwork.

Excellent location. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and had good local recommendations.

My main concern was that the check in process was very inconvenient. We had to provide the exact time that we were going to arrive so that someone could meet us with the keys. This can be very tricky to do especially if you are arriving on an international flight. Since we arrived from the airport slightly earlier than planned, we ended up having to wait at the front door for 1 hour for the host to arrive with the keys. Also note that a €250 security deposit is required. I was aware of this before booking, but I didn't realise that this is NOT done through booking.com, instead it is done directly with the hosts and requires you to send them the deposit directly. After our stay they also asked us for our bank information to return the deposit because they said that they can't refund credit cards. It made me quite uncomfortable sending my bank details to them especially since this is not via the booking.com platform. After all this, they realised that my bank account is Australian, so they refunded the credit card anyway (which means they lied when they said that they couldn't refund cards). The entire deposit was refunded promptly, but nevertheless, it was inconvenient and made me uncomfortable and this means that I wouldn't stay here again. My other concerns have also been reported in reviews from other guests, which suggests that the hosts aren't interested in maintaining/improving the experience for guests: - we ran out of toilet paper in our 4 day stay (despite not using excessive amounts) - the bedside table was broken - only 1x garbage bag was provided for out 4 day stay - water leaked out the shower, making it impossible to keep the bathroom floor dry while showering

the huge amount of deposit asked & collected on top of the charges in booking.com. the limited usage/availability of hot water. the sipping of water to the floor in the bathroom every time taking shower. both bathrooms floor becomes wet all over. towels are not up to my expectation.

Central location but quiet. good facilities.

Great location Lovely flat

I didn’t like the communication system used by Booking.com. The flat does not have any food supplies for cooking.such as cooking oil or sugar.There was a small supply of TP but no papertowels or soap shampoo trash bags.
