Atocha VI - Elegancia Urbana en una Ubicación Privilegiada

La casa era muy acogedora, espaciosa y cómoda, y su ubicación era realmente privilegiada. Era muy fácil llegar alli y tiene capacidad para 4 personas sin problemas

Los electrodomésticos de la cocina o no funcionaban bien o no funcionaban e. absoluto. Además, era evidente que el apartamento no estaba muy bien cuidado a lo largo de los años

Στις 8 μέρες διαμονής θα έπρεπε να συμπεριλαμβάνεται μια μέρας καθαρισμού σπιτιού . Δηλαδή μετά από τις 4 μέρες .

The location is perfect. The apartment itself is good. There were some facilities issues but the staff answers messages quickly and addressed the issues right away. The cleanliness of the received apartment was okay. There was a bit of dust and trash left under the couch. The apartment is smaller in person than how it’s pictured.

I think the property should have provided clear instructions from the beginning on how to use the boiler for hot water and heat, and what the trash policy in the building is.

Los encargados fueron muy atentos durante toda la estancia. Muy buena ubicacion. Entrada muy comoda e informatizada.

Mobiliario muy desgastado. Aunque se ofrecieron soluciones rapidas, varios elementos del piso fallaron por no ser de calidad o por el alto grado de desgaste. Los electrodomesticos y muebles necesitan ser renovados urgentemente para ofrecer la calidad que el piso publicita y que asi sea acorde al coste del alquiler.

Localização central.

O apartamento que nos forneceram não foi este, ao invés, deram-nos um apartamento mais pequeno, o qual estava sujo, com um cheiro desagradável e a precisar de ser arranjado. A comunicação com o proprietário foi péssima, estivemos imenso tempo à porta do apartamento a aguardar resposta dos mesmos. O sofá-cama é bastante desconfortável. Não tem serviço de TV por cabo. O Wi-Fi funciona bem. A localização é excelente. Se forem de carro há restrições, e estacionar é muito complicado.

The system for checking in was not great since the link to open the property didn’t include a link originally but it was sorted promptly

The staff is helpful. The problem was fixed next day.

No hot water for shower and no heater when there was 5 degree?! The heat device was out of order. It was terrible. The property was not ready for guests. We couldn't take shower after a day trip.

The location was pretty good and its well organized, It has everything for a short stay, the price was a bit high but I guess it was because of weekend because on other days it was cheaper

Well the check in was a bit boring
