Location of this property is fantastic all rooms very clean and spacious and full of character.. great customer care and first class service from host

huge, central, comfortable though some of the air conditioning wasn't working

Someone in the building smokes so you couldn't open the windows to let in air. This was a challenge as some of the aircon units weren't working and given the heat, the option of opening the windows meant smelling secondhand smoke. Also wifi nor mobile phone signal is challenging inside the building so accessing the door through the app is challenging. One needs to go to the window to get a signal to then open the door. The staff on the call centre however was helpful.

Ac not could enough, the furniture is a bit old, the kitchen is not clean ( the fridge has a smell)

Nice apartment, good location. Spacious with good room sizes. Host was excellent & fixed a few problems that we had very promptly.

Very noisy building - just be prepared!!! No basic tea/coffee in the kitchen. No full length mirror (even though there a huge entrance area where you could easily have one)

The location is great, very easy to get to places walking. However, the wooden floors creaked a lot and make it very noisy if someone were to move around when others are asleep. Also, there is a lot of activity in other apartments as Madrid stays up late so it can be noisy, as when people climb stairs or close doors late into the night.
