Street facing windows in living room need replacement for noise and temperature isolation. Needs a wifi extender so signal reaches down long hallway to the back of the apartment.

There were still employees in the office so they helped me with the keys

A couple of snags such as the bedroom sliding door not closing.

The location of the property was wonderful and the apartment is very spacious.

The apartment complex is incredibly noisy, the neighbours are very loud and for 5 persons who shared the apartment, it was very difficult to sleep. The quality of the bedsheets, pillows, mattress, towels is quite poor.

Worth the stay.

Wow… what an amazing apartment.. and what an amazing location. If you get chance please take the opportunity to stay here.

Beautiful photos on booking, isn’t ? However, the reality is exact opposite. The flat is not new and beautiful as photos shows, but old, dirty and you can forget about windows in bathroom with normal air. Towels and toalet paper was missing. And was the worst…….big NOISE during night. Nobody from us could not sleeping. This is my first negative review that I have to written. Dear friends, save your money and look for some other place where to stay in beautiful Madrid.

Minimum toilet paper, main issues are broken plastic chairs in kitchen, loose chairs in dining room (need allen wrench to fix). Wifi doesn't reach kitchen or bedrooms. Still a great place.
