Queens Plaza Mayor II - Alquiler Corta Duración

The location is good for getting around. Staff were helpful when required. Once we figured out the door system, it was very easy for our group to come and go as they pleased. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. Very close to local metro stations, and the options for things to do are ample. Really good base to explore Madrid. Would recommend this as a place to stay.

As an older building, the floorboards in the hallway towards the kitchen were quite noisy and creaked, but this wasn't a major issue and I'm not sure what could be done to resolve this.

Location is good

The apartment is old and things are showing sign of age. Fall creek loudly when walk on, bed mattress sinking. Also, with facilities like dishwasher and washing machine, there should be some detergent provided

Great location! We could walk to many of the great sights! The Plaza Mayor is right around the corner but the area we were in was quiet and I felt safe. The unit we had was large and fit our family of 6 adults with room to spare. This place has all the amenities. The staff was easy to work with and they kept in touch with us before, during and after our stay. We would stay again!
