Apartamentos Plaza de España

Location was perfect to walk to Gran Vía y La Tasca de Ventura exquisita.

It wasn’t 100% clean.

El departamento estaba muy bien ubicado

Absolútne skvelá bola lokalita, 2 minúty pešo od Plaza de España, 4 minúty od Templo de Debod., 1é minút od Palacio real. Hneď vedľa bola na rohu kaviareň a plno reštaurácií a barov pri blízkych kinách s hviezdami hercov na chodníku slávy. Apartmán bol plne vybavený, je už síce trošku starší, ale má veľkorysý interiér a je na veľmi bezpečnom mieste. Pre ľudí nezvyknutých na španielske vysypávanie smetí smetiarmi o polnoci, odporúčam štuple do uší :-). Prídeme znovu.

Property is in a great location

Property needs better bedding, apartment needs to be maintained with paint, kitchen supplies etc. Too much outside street noise. If you are looking to enjoy Madrid during the day and relax at night this is not your place to stay!

Great location. Easily accessible to metro stops. Plenty of room for five people.

Needs some property maintenance. Theres a few light bulbs that were not working. Only two toilet paper rolls for each bathroom, which was four paper toilet rolls for five people for five days. They need to provide more toilet paper. The showers are interesting, easily got water out on floor. Phots provided are not updated with the new bathrooms. Also arrived around 22:30 at night and needed to pay an additions 30eurps for late check in, in cash. We already agreed upon when setting the check in time the day before, however I don’t believe it was in the information provided when booking. Just a heads up with being extra cash just in case.

The apartament’s location is amazing. It is pretty spacious as well and we had a lot of facilities.

The apartment was not accurately represented in the photos. In person, it appeared noticeably more worn and outdated than expected. Additionally, the check-in experience was not very accommodating—the host provided only a 20-minute window for arrival and mentioned he would leave if we didn’t make it in time.
