"I enjoyed staying in a clean apartment. The beds were clean too."

Walking distance to transportation and clean.

No elevator makes it hard for seniors to walk up and down especially when carrying luggage.

Location, close to downtown , 2 bedrooms with a bathroom each, washer, prompt response from staff

4 floors no elevator, the area a little rundown, the bedroom and bathroom upstairs have a very low cealing, if you are tall, you can essily hit your head

Apartment, location.

The online check in proccess might end up being very frustrating. Defininitely needs improvment. Stuff was there to help though with a face to face check in.

"Good apt for a few days in madrid."

Location, clean. Had all the essentials.

No elevator. Loft has short ceilings. Would have been nice to have a few laundry pods and maybe some dish towels.

4th floor with no elevator. With an emergency is it no other way out than the stairs.

Location is awesome! Walking distance to major attractions, cafes, restaurants, shops and subway (metro) station. Great for families with kids (enough sleeping space, kitchen, washing machine). Pleasant interior.
