I recently stayed in the apartment, where the heating was not working properly, and it was freezing cold. Despite my complaints to the employees, they were rude and unhelpful. I was extremely disappointed with the level of service provided, and I do not recommend this apartment to anyone. The lack of heat made my stay uncomfortable and unpleasant, and the employees' behavior only made things worse.

The apartment was clean and in a good location. The beds were comfortable and the staff was responsive. The bedrooms were a good size and the kitchen was well stocked. The couch in the living room was comfortable too (although the space in the living room was a bit small for 5 people)

There was no key or code, instead it was a website portal to unlock the doors (3 total), to get into the second door, you had to ring the doorbell first (and in our case, keep the first door open to get cell service) if someone stayed out later and someone else is asleep, ringing the doorbell was not ideal, also if you dont pay for cell service internationally then you would have no way to access the flat. Also there was only about 5 minutes worth of hot water, so if you have multiple people, be prepared for a cold shower.
