Zentrale Lage und alles super zu Fuß oder mit der U-Bahn erreichbar. Ausreichend Schlafzimmer und genügend Handtücher. Modern eingerichtet.

War nicht sauber und sie haben in Madrid ein enormes Problem mit der Kanalisation. Im Bad / WC stinkt es. Wenn man sich duscht, riecht es übel. Die Vermieterin oder zuständige Person war ständig in der Nähe des Apartments bzw. ist immer im Foyer gewesen, dadurch fühlten wir uns ständig beobachtet und unwohl. Es ist auch mega laut am Abend gewesen (Nachbarn). Überteuertes Apartment und sehr gut bei den Bildern getrickst.

+ Spacious, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. + comfortable beds + Good climate control with both aircon and fans + well designed + Spacious lift + Storage room on first floor + Great location

- air con is a little finicky and turns off when you leave the house - shower floor is the kind of material that can absorb smells - both nights we stayed the dump truck came by at 1:30am and is extremely loud
