— it was comfortable and perfectly located, close to everything we needed. The host was very kind and provided all the assistance we needed, making the entire stay smooth and pleasant.

The only minor issue was some noise from the upstairs apartment, which sometimes continued late into the night and started early in the morning, likely from moving furniture. It slightly affected our sleep but did not take away from the overall experience.

Excellent apartment and location. We walked everywhere (museums, national palace, etc.) and did not need to use taxi or public transportation. Clear instructions for check-in. Location is quiet despite proximity to Gran Via. Two bathrooms make apartment convenient for 4-6 people. Restaurants, coffee, bakeries, groceries are within few minutes walk. For transport to/from airport (MAD), we used bus to/from Cebeles and Uber.

The location of the apartment was amazing. We liked the neighbourhood. The apartment is very clean and cozy. The hote is fantastic , very reactive and we let us go a late check out. We will be back for sure.

Comfortable beds (mattress, pillows, linen). Two out of 3 bedrooms are quiet. Very good location. Thermostatic showers. Good welcome pack of food and drinks. Seamless check-in and out. Baggage storage available (with lockers), for a reasonable fee. Extra key provided. Sufficient towels quantity. Kitchen decently equipped.

>One of the three bedrooms is noisy (not extremely noisy as the street is RELATIVELY quiet), but still impedes sleep. This is due also to the poor quality windows, half of which are without glass panels and do not stop noise well (even with all shutters closed). Still, other 2 bedrooms are quiet and OK. >The hot water run out completely after 8-9 minutes in one of the bathrooms. >Lighting is insufficient, even with the extra "fan" lights on, especially in the living room. One of the lights of the kitchen aspirator does not work. >The coffee is bad (there is a Bosch coffee machine with capsules, but not good at all). There is only one socket in the kitchen, which is located inside a drawer and it does not work (no power supply). So you have to make the coffee in the bathroom :). >The AC are controlled by smart devices, so regardless of your settings they will switch off based on external logic defined by the hosts. We run into a colder than usual weather and hence the apartment would be cooler than comfortable on a few occasions. Manageable, but not luxury. >One of the bathrooms is between the two bedrooms and there is no way to switch on the light without also switching on a very noisy fan - an issue if you want to keep quiet, otherwise no issue. >The interior doors make squeaky noises and they cannot stay in position, so when you open a door, a noise follows (not good if you have other people asleep). >Overall it is a an Ikea-type furbished place with poor execution (giant tile gaps, glue stains, bathroom mold traces, etc...) so I cannot agree it is a luxury apartment at all. But it is a comfortable apartment and a clean one. >This is just a recommendation - provide slippers if possible, because the floor was very cold as it is all tiles (with wood look). >Overall well equipped, but no umbrellas available (also asked but was refused to be provided). >My cost of about 550 EUR/night which is too much for this.
