Great location, easy access into apartment. Host quick to respond.

Nicely decorated, including a Christmas tree (we stayed over Christmas). The apartment is well equipped. Walking distance to Gran Via, many restaurants, shops, bus stops, etc. Excellent service by the staff (Emi) - very responsive and helpful, even on Christmas Eve! They surprised us with a nice Christmas basket - thank you!

The street looks a little grungy, but the apartment itself is very nice. Be careful of the kitchen tap - water runs very hot or icy cold (tricky to regulate). The shower stall in the shared bathroom does not drain well so the shower stall gets flooded when you shower.

The wash machine/dryer. LOL we just couldn’t figure out how to work it.

A place to come back to

Location was fantastic-within walking distance to major tourist attractions, cafes, restaurants, shopping etc. Host was excellent and responsive to our questions - provided a list of bars and restaurants and very helpful in assisting us book a taxi to the airport on departure. Quiet street - small but well appointed accommodation. Clean and tidy and comfortable! Perfect for family of four which included 2 teenage boys who were very appreciative of a bed each!

The large shower head in the laundry/bathroom doesn’t cope with the volume of water and spilled out onto the floor. Fortunately there was a second smaller shower head. The dryer for washing was not available, although we did manage to dry clothes over a night/day by hanging up.

Desogn is really nice. There was a Christmas tree 🎄 Apartment is very convenient, there is dishwasher, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.
