150 Newport City Condo - near NAIA T3 AIRPORT MANILA

It is a 10 minute taxi ride away from anything. The advertising does not make it clear that you are in the middle of an industrial area where you are really unable to walk with any comfort or anything to look at. The facility itself is massive and feels quite impersonal. The room was tiny. The only piece of furniture was so worn and uncomfortable that you couldn't sit on it. And opening the blind revealed a massive wall of air conditioning units. They should be making the windows opaque or something because it was just ghastly. Didn't stay more than 5 minutes long enough to book a beautiful place in Makati for the same price

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genossen. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit kleiner Kochzeile, Tisch, Stühlen und eigenem Badezimmer. Trotz der Lage in Manila/nahe Flughafen war es relativ ruhig. Ein Hinweis für die nächsten Gäste: Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Wohnkomplex, und der Eingang zur Rezeption ist direkt neben dem McDonald’s – daran kann man sich gut orientieren.

This room was so nice and such a good price for it's facilities and location Staff were kind, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with excellent English language Comfy bed I will definitely stay again next time I fly out of Manila T3 Google maps gets a bit confused about exactly where along the road the property/reception is, but the provided address is correct.

Its a condo, i guess there may be more owners to different rooms which has nothing to do with eachother. To find the room its a good idea call the phone number of the owner if there is a number available here. In our case the owner waited at the street to give us the key. The room was clean, quiet and we didnt see any cockroaches. We asked for example for a pan to cook, the owner came quick to us again and provided as one. The owner was very friendly and we loved to stay there 4 nights.
