150 Newport City Condo - near NAIA T3 AIRPORT MANILA

The property was conveniently located near shops and restaurants where you can just walk in also with varieties to choose from. Convenience stores, banks, supermarket at your doorstep. Public transportation is definitely accessible literally at your doorstep as well. There are also food stalls at night where you can enjoy clean street food. Also if you’re a Catholic like me, the church is just a few minutes away. You can also walk to NAIA Terminal 3, however if you’re carrying big suitcases, it will be a struggle as the roads are not smooth enough for the suitcases’ tiny wheels. It’s about 15 minutes walk for me ( I’m short😅, probably quicker for tall people) By the way, I’ll give 8stars for the caretaker Peach as she responds promptly. I would like to thank her for letting me check out a bit later than the scheduled check out. Her brother helped me take my stuff out to the lobby. Rest assured that they will look after you.

The room itself was really small, the toilet stinks with smoke, not sound proof so you can hear every little noise your next door makes. The noise from vehicles and passers by. The pool is free but can only accommodate a few families, so one needs to give way for others.

Ok-ish for a night during transfert as very close of airport, but can't recommend it for longer.

The entrance is hard to find. The room is outdated (broken furnitures, dirty electric stoves). Coffee or tea isn't provided. Cockroaches in the room.
