150 Newport City Condo - near NAIA T3 AIRPORT MANILA

Location wise very close to all supermarkets, restaurants and also to Terminal 3. Comfortable stay, there was netflix, youtube, ref, water cooker and shower

Sometimes Weak wifi, not so soundproof windows, you can hear slight noises from the outside.

Simply couldn't find it. Many condos. Zero signage. A complete waste of money. Finished up in a nearby expensive hotel who at least had a front desk.

Very pleasant and comfortable with all you need. Well priced and good value. Stayed there for 4 weeks +. Smart TV (32”) with paid Netflix. Superb location and great view north but also south to Newport Bld. Nice and helpful staff (manager Peach and charlady Eva). Highly recommended.

地址不清晰，在麦当劳右边的一个大堂里等工作人员下来接，我们等了20分钟工作人员才下来，屋子挨着马路，夜里摩托车声很大，像在我头上开。空调漏水，漏了一宿，厕所喷头只能下面出水，喷头不出水，总体性价比相当低

Very near to the airport T3 and there are lots of shops and restaurant around.

The property is exactly what it advertises its self as and if you need a stay close to the airport then is excellent value for the area. The property says its a short walk from terminal 3, do not give yourself the stress of walking in heat, with bags and not knowing where you are going. We took a grab taxi 140 peso feb 2026 for two passengers and our bags from terminal 3 and dropped us at the condos entrance.

there is nothing on the entrance lobby of the condos to indicate their address or name, We arrived in a taxi and the driver dropped us right outside. Had we walked we may have had difficulty finding the property
