The unit is very cozy and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and would efinitely book here again if we have the chance.

The TV remote. It's somewhat defective but still works. It might just need a replacement.

Nice view, good location and building.

Needs to improve the cleanliness. Some of their furnitures needs repair. Getting swimming pool tickets feels like college enrollment day 😅

Location, host provided complete information on room use

I contacted the host on the state of the room upon arrival. - The sheets looked used, they replied that everything was changed - Told them that the bathroom floor was wet wet, as though somebody just had a shower - unfortunately, I did not get any reply - The carpet needs deep cleaning

The place is uncomfortable, the aircon is broken, everything was broken and dirty. The bed and sofa also broken

Bad Service Hello customer service of Booking.com, Could you assist me to get a full refund from this host, I'd like you to check and hear our terrible experience with them. We never check-in in their apartment. No body assisted us. They made us wait in the building lobby for a ridiculous 3hrs for nothing. At first, we thought they were just slow, 3hrs later when we started to investigate, the receptionist (Sheryl) at the reception informed us that they were not approved to have any guests in their apartment due to some financial issues between them host and the building admins, so we left.  On that same day I tried to cancel and get a full refund, but they denied waiving the fee? How are they allowed to do this. They did not give us any service; in fact, they ruined our plans for that day. It may be a small amount of money but the trouble and hassle they put us in is ridiculously absurd. Looking forward to getting a favourable response. Regards, Adelin K.

Close to mimi mall and convenience stores and restaurants . Pools are clean and clear.

Elevators could be a bit slow Overnight parking runs around $15 but vehicles are safe.

Location and view, free use of board games and xbox (though xbox is not working)
