OSI Apartments Bandra West

We were so uncomfortable with the smell of the apartment, the poor amenities of the toilet, the gas leak, the terrifying environment. We paid for 26 nights. We stayef only for 4 nights. We could have been refunded at least half.

location is good, easily accessible, near to malls, railway terminus and good connectivity to airport

staff attitude is worst, after 8 pm none of them are available in the property, we checked inn by 11 pm, requested the care taker that, we would like to pay cash at the security or he can collect the cash by morning , they are not willing to accept, they are forced us to pay immediately since our phone pe mobile was switched off, we paid the full money through UPI, secondly whatever they mentioned in booking com portal and actual facilities are different , only one room provided, we were 5 people, 2 people slept on ground and sofa without any blanket. morning by 10am an useless care taker came and forced to checkout immediately , they don't have courtecy to give 30 min , worst attitude. one more issue is with security person, they used to record videos during our stay and checkout from the property, we had a big fight with that bastard. we insist don't ever stay in that place , especially family with ladies and Childers.

The only good comment is the caretaker Lakshay, very helpful and accommodating.

Booked an apartment for five, given room 201 but not suitable for a family of five. Maximum should be three. Broken taps in the bathroom and kitchen, broken toilet seat, AC was leaking, wifi and lift down. Dirty bedding, bloodstain on bedsheet. Mistake on the booking system - had new arrivals knocking on our door to stay, error in the booking system.

Room was clean

No staff available on check in to explain amenities and didn't pick up when we called , slept without AC on first night which was not pleasant. They didn't have any brochure to welcome and explain anything .

Nothing is good in the apartment.

The approach is shady. Unclean lobby. Unfinished lift. Exposed plywood was the wall of the lift. The flat was smelly. There was no bedsheet for the sofa cum bed (though they are marketing it as an extra bed for 3rd person). The quilt and other soft furnishings were extremely dirty. There was no water in the toilet (we were informed on the phone that the water flow is thin - so a complete misinformation).

When I was in location. Owner said in call .. apartment is full. We have another apartment in others location. And he also told me … you were talking to other person and that person said.. you can come to location and then call me I’ll help you to find apartment and will proceed further. The building is almost on main road (visible from road) but the approach road is bit tricky. The major problem is that it does not have 24 hours water supply. We requested for an alternative and we were shifted to their property at Khar. which was good.

Water supply is not for 24 hours. Approach road is bit trick. It is not on the NL road as mentioned. There is no supply of tea premixes in the flat.
