Communication with the owner, Alvaro, was very good. He quickly answered any messages. As he had no guests the day before we arrived and the day after, we were able to check in earlier and checkout later. The apartment was very clean. There were only four of us, but plenty of room for six. The kitchen was well equipped, and Alvaro will take on board a few suggestions that I made for some extra items. Markets, supermarket, and ferry terminal were all a short walk away. Lots of restaurants, bakers and pastelarias as well.

The power cut out once when it was overloaded with the aircon, two hot plates and the kettle. We just turned some items off and turned the power back on in the fusebox near the entrance to the flat.

Tremendous location near the waterfront, fish market and ferries. The spacious apartment is fully equipped for cooking and socializing, and the large balcony has views of the water. Self check-in was simple, underground parking was convenient and the hosts quickly respond to questions, and are informative, hepful and friendly. We will definitely return to this lovely home.

The unit is spacious and well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything one could want. Location was great! Close to restaurants and old town.

The only real downside was that periodically we'd notice an unpleasant odor in both bathrooms, but at different times. It's like they took turns. As per Alvaro's suggestion, we did have the drain plug in the bathtub when not in use, but that didn't seem to help.

Very large, comfortable apartment with a big balcony with nice view of the harbour. The apartment is very well equipped and very clean. The location is great, 5 minutes walk to the market with loads of restaurants on the doorstep. Nice and quiet at night. Lots to do in Olhao and surrounding area, we particularly liked Tavira.

Lovely large apartment. All rooms were spacious. Good quality furnishings. Lots of wardrobe space and comfy beds. Had a good range of kitchen equipment. Umbrellas for the beach were available along with beach toys. Air con in each room. Shower gel was provided which was a nice touch and handsoap was in both bathrooms. Plenty of toilet roll and water and wine was provided which was a nice touch. Huge balcony which was a sunny in the afternoon. Location was excellent for bars and restaurants, the market and the Marina. Very responsive host. Provided lots of information before and responded to our questions while there.

The apartment was excellent. It was fully stocked with everything you would need. The owner has thought about what is needed to make the apartment very comfortable for guests. I would say it's the best apartment we have ever stayed in over the years.
