Villa Aurelia Pompei

Big apartment, swimming pool, everything was fine!

The property was beautifully decorated, very spacious and has a beautiful pool. It was a little chilly while we were there, but we still used it! All the amenities were great! There is a bar on site, which also has snacks! The family was so lovely and kind, and their four dogs were adorable as well!

The property is a little far out of the way of the town centre and a distance from Pompeii Archaeological ruins, however that said, Simone at Villa Aurelia was so fantastic and offered to drive us and pick us up as necessary which was very helpful!

First of all, the host is very kind, helpful and supportive to any kind of questions. The location is very quiet. We were five and equipment of apartment is good for this number of people with a full terrace for us. Beds are comfy. House outdoors are nice and lot of car parks very convenient.

Unfortunately the swimming pool had issue the week we were there but fixed at the end so we could use it one day ;-)

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The host was amazing and was always happy to assist with rides. The host treated us like family.

Wonderful place to stay - the apartments are clean, spacious, kiychenwell-equipped, the hosts very friendly and helpful. The pool is great and well maintained. The location has fine views of Vesuvio and surrounding mountains. Its a really nice spot. Relaxing in the pool is the perfect way to round out a day spent visiting the ruins! We will be back!

Nothing I didn't like. The location is a little bit far out, in rural/residential edge of the town, so you are dependent on taxis if you don't have a car - though the host charges a reasonable rate for taxiing guests around (including a reasonable price to the airport). Plus side of that is much more peaceful and relaxing surroundings.

We were nearly adopted and even attended a family party! The most generous hosts! A place full of surprises, pet tortoises, vegetables growing, lovely pool, views of Vesuvius - would stay again!

Everything. From the moment Simone picked us up from the train station we felt very looked after. The location is great...far away enough from the centre of Pompeii to feel like you are away from it all, but close enough to get whatever you need. Simone took us anywhere we needed to go and picked us up again. He also organised breakfast brought to our room every morning. The pool is amazing. Can't recommend enough!
