Coalhouse Apartment

Clean apartment, everything we needed and more was there.

Property keys were in a lock box with information sent the day before we arrived. Very easy to find based on instructions and key code was in them as well. I didn't realise this had been sent so sent the owner a message about the keys and it was answered in seconds! That was the only communication we had with the owner because everything was perfect. Apartment was clean and located near the Harbour. Central location with shops and Wetherspoons close by. Timed parking directly outside but as long as you are parking there after 6pm you will have no issues.

I honestly couldn't fault anything about the stay. If I was really picky then I would suggest a better wardrobe but in all honesty who cares about this for a weekend away with your sister.

Position

This was perfect for our stay. Central location. Very clean and well kept.

The stairs were a bit steep for my dad but he is 86 and it didn't take away from the stay.

Bed linen could be better quality

The stairs were difficult for my wife who has mobility issues.

Easy to find, apartment well presented, good location, host only too pleased to assist.
